In this episode, I’m speaking with Shaun Osher, the Founder and CEO of CORE Real Estate Group, a real estate firm out of New York. Shaun got into real estate in the 90’s, and was the #1 agent in New York for several years. Shaun founded CORE in 2005.
CORE Real Estate is now the top real estate firm in New York that specializes in new development projects. They’ve done well over $6B in transactions, and have 100 agents at the company. This was such an amazing chat that every real estate agent needs to hear, especially given the crisis that we’re in. Shaun is in New York, the epicentre of the COVID-19 crisis in the US.
We’re talking about how he’s positioning himself and his agents to come out of this crisis better and stronger than ever. He’s sharing his messages and specific advice he’s giving his agents right now, and how they can continue being productive and provide value to their clients during these tough times.
Shaun experienced many economic collapses in the past, including 9/11, and the 2008 financial crisis, and he talks about what he learned during those downturns and how he’s applying those experiences with the current situation.
