Episode Summary
Originally from Southern California, Steven Ross began selling real estate there in 2005 - and then for the last 12 years in Colorado. Steven says he is the “worst type of person to be a real estate agent” because:
- He’s an introvert
- He doesn’t work nights or weekends
- You can’t find him online
- He doesn’t do parties or events
- In fact, he’s completely anti-social
Yet, he built a successful real estate business twice in two different states, doing one thing and one thing only: door knocking. Steven has knocked on over 125,000 doors in his career, and does $10M per year in business, because that's what he wants, no more no less.
Steven is also the author of the book, "Doors Open When You Knock: A Realtor’s Handbook for Boundless Opportunity and Freedom."
