We want you to be able to purchase a subscription for Web4Realty with peace of mind that if it doesn’t meet your needs after extensive usage of the platform you can still cancel and get a full refund. Therefore we have set the following refund and cancellation policy in place:
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your subscription within seven days of the initial purchase
- You have not opted in to a custom design package
- You request a refund within seven days of your initial purchase
- To initiate a refund, simply email our support team
Should you exceed the usage threshold or the seven-day period, cancellation of your subscription is still possible in line with the regular schedule of your chosen subscription term, be it monthly or yearly.
