Unlike other episodes where I’m speaking to Realtors, this one is obviously a little bit different, as we’re talking about the legal side of real estate transactions. Being in a competitive industry like real estate, it’s important to provide value added services to your clients, and one way to do that is by providing knowledge and information. So it’s definitely important to have a good understanding of other aspects in a transaction, including the legal side of it all.
