I’m really excited to share this episode, I’m speaking with Richard Bell, a partner at Bell Alliance, the largest residential real estate and conveyancing practice in Vancouver.

Unlike other episodes where I’m speaking to Realtors, this one is obviously a little bit different, as we’re talking about the legal side of real estate transactions. Being in a competitive industry like real estate, it’s important to provide value added services to your clients, and one way to do that is by providing knowledge and information. So it’s definitely important to have a good understanding of other aspects in a transaction, including the legal side of it all.

This is a very useful conversation to listen to if you’re a Realtor. You’re going to hear a lot of great insights, do’s and dont’s, common issues to be aware of, and best practices to prep your clients.
